工作职责
1、前台电话的接听，来往信件的接收，来访客人的接待；负责公司所有快递的收发及文件打印、复印、扫描等工作。
2、用中英文回答处理师生的问题；
3、翻译文件；
4、负责整理和归档办公室文件；
5、协助领导撰写、处理各类文件及工作报告等综合性材料；
6、后勤工作的日常维护、花草的保养及日常护理。对公司所有设施设备的保养及维护及维修处理。
7、公司其他日常行政勤务工作；
8、领导交给的其它临时性工作。

具体要求
1、英语流利，形象气质佳，声音甜美，具亲和力；
2、做事认真仔细，善于沟通协调，熟悉接待、礼仪方面的安排；
3、熟练Windows和Office办公软件，熟练运用互联网等资源，并有一定的书面报告撰写能力；
4、踏实、细致，具有团队合作精神，高度敬业；
5、忠诚敬业，能够适应较高强度的工作,有上进心，具有学习精神；
6、踏实敬业，工作态度端正，有责任心。
