InTouch Services is a 3rd party quality control and manufacturing services company based in China, with its main offices located in Shenzhen. InTouch is a young, fun, and exciting place to work. We are making things happen. We are looking for an Operations Manager to perform the following:

1. Learn our operating procedures and be in charge of training and evaluation of our entire field-work division for QC inspection, factory audit and investigation, and production monitoring.

2. Requires travel roughly 80% of the time, throughout China.

3. Evaluate our procedures and recommend, develop, implement and train our organization on new and existing procedures.

4. For the first 1-2 years this position will be based in Shenzhen. After the initial 1-2 years we will consider moving the base for this position to Hangzhou. This change is negotiable if we find the right person.

Your experience:

1. Must have an EXCELLENT to OUTSTANDING level of English.

2. Significant experience as a manager, able to train and motivate large groups of people (100+ staff).

3. Experience in manufacturing, QC, or another related industry.

Compensation Package:

8,000 to 16,000 RMB per month, depending on experience.
