Job responsibility:

1. Lead the programme for process improvement in the assigned COE.
2. Line manage a team of project managers and 6 Sigma resources to deliver process improvement in the assigned COE's.
3. Work in collaboration with project managers to deliver project tasks.
4. Help project managers on designing solutions by drawing up on their expertise in the COE's as well as their knowledge of process improvement methods.

Job Requirements:
1. Post graduate with overall 7+ years of experience. MBA/PMP preferred
2. Expertise in process improvement methodologies (e.g. 6 Sigma Black Belt certification/ DMAIC/ Lean etc.)
3. Good communication skills with ability to present solutions to SMT members and gaining buy-in
4. Good logical thinking along with an analytical bent of mind
5. Statistical ability to analyze large volumes of numerical data and spot trends
6. Ability to conceptualize and implement solutions to complex issues
7. Knowledge of process mapping methods (e.g. SIPOC/IDEF)
8. Ability in leading and managing teams
9. 6-Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent preferred. PMP certification or equivalent will be an added advantage
