Job Duties:

• To plan, organize, design and deliver value-adding and effective Leadership & Management learning solutions in accordance with group L&D team nd to support the company's objectives;
• To implement action plans related to Leadership & Management learning solutions;
• To coach and develop employees at all levels including L&D team members to ensure delivery of high quality leadership and management development programs;
• To effectively manage and motivate a team of L&D trainers;
• To drive L&D process improvement by working with other teams within L&D;
• To ensure procedures and standards remain compliant with GR L&D, Business Partners, internal and external control standards, regulatory standards, and in accordance with the annual and quarterly training plans;
• To ensure promotion of teamwork and joined up by providing assistance and support to various functions;
• To identify ways of improving customer service by adding value and reduce costs in line with strategic aims;
• To coordinate and build strong relations with different departments.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above, preferably in business or banking study;
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience, with at least 2 years at managerial capacity. At least 2 years Training management experience in a sizeable multinational company;
• Effective leadership and interpersonal skills, Excellent presentation skills, facilitation skills and communication skills;
• Fluent English, Cantonese & Mandarin;
• Excellent planning and organizing skills;
• Creative problem solver and innovative;
• Ability to build rapport and credibility with senior and middle line managers;
• Ability to lead and manage projects;
• Ability to adapt to culturally diverse work environments;
• Ability to manage resources in the most effective way to achieve desirable cost/ service levels ratio.
