工作地:广州、上海、北京
Job Duties:
1.To focus on building up the customer base and volume for sustainable growth of Receivable Finance business
2.To obtain business leads and identify business opportunities through internal or external referrals, and marketing events. To collaborate with Relationship Manager, other BDs, and Trade Sales teams to obtain the synergy to capture the market potential and complement each other for cross selling banking products and services
3.To conduct KYC process, understand clients’ business, their financing needs and risk elements. To structure the tailor made receivable finance products and services
4.To work closely with RMs and Middle Office colleagues to achieve the allocated target for RFN as a whole, as well as overall customer satisfaction
5.To periodically review existing customers’ account performance and restructure the facilities if necessary. To enhance customer relationships by visiting the customers on spot, regular phone calls, seasonal greetings and to capture additional business opportunities to generate organic growth
6.To present receivable finance products for internal counterparties as well as prospects. To attend various internal / external seminars and provide products knowledge sharing. To educate and cultivate the local market and customers

Job Requirements:
1.University graduate or above 2.General understanding of the banking industry and the receivable finance products. At least three years exposure of Customer Serving or Frontline Sales experience preferably in banking sector 3.Result oriented, fast learner and able to delivery under pressure

4.Fluent spoken and written English
