Job Description:

- Assist sales and marketing

- Participate in furniture exhibition & maintain sales system

- Sourcing – strong in sourcing and have an idea of price point (wood, glass and metal),do market
study for raw material

- Merchandising - order follow-up, factory correspondence, production support

- Conduct INSPECTIONS if required: During Production, During Packing/Final and Loading

- Review QC reports, follow existing reporting systems and generate high quality reports with pictures and
comments

- Manage factory relationship constructively

- Actively communicate with direct manager and QC manager regarding the inspections or any factory related issues

- Handle paper works and admin

Minimum Qualification Requirement:

- At least 5 years experience as sales merchandiser in a factory or Foreign owned export company

-Strong sense for good customer service

- Experience with wood, glass and metal furniture products

-Active, Self-motivated, well organized, able to work independently

- Proficiency in written & spoken English

- Proficiency with computer skills and software

- Expert in taking pictures is a plus

- Maintaining website is a plus

- Occasional travel is required
