GENERAL DESCRIPTION / JOB PURPOSE
This position will provide sales support to GM, Great China by following up with senior sales managers tracking sales status, including shipment, AR and distributor related activities and other ad hoc operational support; meanwhile provide business analysis to support and facilitate management decision/strategy, including market information collection, competitive analysis, sales performance and financial analysis etc.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the national sales team to keep tracking on backlog status, consolidate shipment status report from SAP system; coordinate with Sales Managers to prepare sales forecast and regular sales report;
- Work closely with Finance team to monitor outstanding AR status and provide report for sales to follow-up;
- Coordinate and assist sales in managing distributor application process and maintenance;
- Collect, consolidate and disseminate market information especially potential project opportunities via online search engines, subscribed websites, industry sharing and global newsletters etc.;
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales team to collect competitors’ information including pricing, new product launch and key business activities and prepare analysis to facilitate management decision/strategy;
- Prepare sales performance analysis, including PVM (price, volume, margin) analysis, KPI & expense analysis etc.
- Other daily operational support to GM.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3-5 years working experience as Executive Assistant or Business Analyst in MNC;
- Experience or knowledge in Sales, Marketing or Finance is a plus;
- Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry is appreciated;
- Experience in preparing business reports and analysis is a must.

- Very good communication and negotiation skills and eager to drive things happen
- Confident, independent and proactive character-
