职位描述
Role and Responsibilities:
l Leads and manages China staffing team, including hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and development.
l Be a focal lead for all China hiring programs and activities
l Develops and leads the implementation of an annual staffing plan, based on business workforce plans for the regional program
l Develops hiring targets and ensures the achievement of those targets at the regional or global level
l Ensures that staffing efforts are in compliance with statutory and corporate requirements
l Manages the beginning to end staffing process within the regional or global program
l Acts as a consultant to senior management on the development of broad strategy and policies where there is a staffing impact
l Trains hiring managers on the staffing process and policies.
l Maintains strong relationships with HR and the business management team to ensure staffing strategy is aligned with business needs
l Manages third party vendors. Holds regular reviews and creates action plans to resolve performance issues.
Key Requirements:
l Minimum 8 years above HR and Staffing manager role in a big MNC or fast-growing organizations with proven track record of lead a team
l First level university degree; advanced university degree preferred
l Strong customer relationship management and consultation skills
l Good business acumen and strong program/relationship management skills
l Demonstrated success developing and implementing staffing strategy and change
l Excellent in both written and oral English
