Job Description
1. Responsible for the internal communication channel set-up and maintenance;
2. Responsible for employee communication, employee opinion feed back, dispute solving;
3. Advocate the establishment of enterprise culture, promote employee' satisfaction.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above; majored in Journalism, Chinese, Advertising, Management, or English etc.
2. Minimum 3 years' experience in activity organization or enterprise culture development at large scale enterprises or other related working experience.
3. Familiar with people management, and relevant law and regulations;
4. with good communication, coordination and organization skills, a team player.
5. Excellent in paper work, ability to analyze and solve problems, to learn and to coordinate with others.
6. PR firm or internal communication experience is preferred
