MISSION
Acquire new customers and exploit the market, maintenance relationship with customers
MAIN ACTIVITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
? Develop long-term and short-term sales plans, activities, and campaigns and manage the day-to-day activities
? Study the FMCG sector and has capability to find some big potential customers in these sectors
? Penetrate the list bit customers with MI products which can give the customer benefits
? Maintain an excellent knowledge of selling and sales management techniques as required
? Strong analytical skills are required to effectively use personal and promotional
? To assist in follow up and facilitate a smooth implementation of contractual agreements.
? Maintain good team work with other supporting department

Reach agreement of strategic importance with others outside the organization who have widely differing perspectives and objectives.

Requirements:
? Bachelor degree;
? 5+ years sales management experience, proven effective sales management skills
? Strong communication and negotiation skills;
? Sensitive to the FMCG market;
? Good command of English skill;
? Able to work under pressure.
