Project Specialist (New Project accounting control )
世界五百强的美国独资化工集团公司，负责十几个亿的新建工厂项目和新投资项目的财务控制，上班地点青浦
JOB RESPONSIBILITES
§ Assist the project manager and project control manager in maintaining a profitable project control process to make sure the company’s assets and capital are properly safeguarded.
§ Project creation, update and closure in SAP Project System Module
§ Project System data warehouse maintenance and reconciliation. Update the monthly project forecast and prepare various reporting package.
§ Review and control project payment request to ensure contractual compliance.
§ Prepare monthly project tracking and variance analysis report and work closely with the project leader to monitor the project progress to ensure the project costs are properly managed and controlled vs. the budget and forecast.
§ Maintain the project system month end close process
§ Project capitalization execution.
§ Assist the tax group in the government grant application associated with the project
§ Co-ordinate with sourcing team and treasury team to prepare project cash flow forecast
§ Co-ordinate any other project financial issues with related parties
§ Process Fixed Asset control and related affaires such as asset number creation, month end process and fixed asset monthly reconciliation
§ Other assignments as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
§ More than 8 year’s working experience in accounting area, at least 5 years experience in project accounting area
§ Experience in SAP or other ERP system preferred, especially SAP PS module experience preferred
§ Familiar with General Accepted Accounting Principles such as US GAAP and local GAAP
§ Logical thinking capability
§ Good communication in both English and Chinese
§ Diligent & responsible
§ Degree/Diploma in accounting and finance subject or equivalent
