职位描述
Report to: Volumetric Distributor Manager
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
Position is responsible for working with distributor manager; support from both sales and technical side over China.
Responsibilities include:
Work with team manager, achieve sales team target
To support and manage existing distributors including technical and commercial issues. To support and manage their sales and marketing activities, and to work together with distributors to promote Dosmatic/Chemilizer in animal health, horticulture, and other general industries., etc"
Grasp entire market information; provide proper judgment to sales and distributor.
Respond to internal and external customer requests for technical issue resolution, using technical product knowledge and analytical skills
Establish and maintain relationships with customers to make customer technical issues/requirements understood and addressed in a timely manner.
Document technical data generated by the assigned project consistent with engineering policies and procedures
Travel to distributor and end user locations frequently to do trainings and resolve problems on site.
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Ø University Degree preferred, major in engineering.
Ø Familiar with the livestock business is plus.
Ø Minimum 2 years experience with field support and sales experience, channel sales experience is preferred.
Ø Excellent communication skills, learning capability, self motivator, a good team worker.
Ø English is a plus in this role.
Ø Solid basic understanding of electronics, mechanics
Ø Working knowledge of computers, the Internet and web-related resources
