Brief background

American Standard - a world leading provider of bathroom and kitchen products, allows customers to express their own style by choosing exclusive design reflecting their personality for a beautiful and harmonious bathroom environment. The company's products are the prime choice for consumers who want to relax and rejuvenate. Their designs are found in leading hotels, high-end residential developments, prime office buildings and public facilities.



Over the past two decades, American Standard has established 4 manufacturing plants, built 9 bathaus and developed an extensive distribution network with about 300 stores nationally dedicated to satisfying your needs.



Business Scope

· Profitable

· 4 manufacturing facilities supplying both China market and inter-company business

· China HQ in Shanghai with 10 sales offices across China

Role and Responsibilities
? Initiate and set up the brand architecture and the brand strategy;

? Make sure that the key brand performance index develop towards the right direction;

? Work with advertising agencies to develop the communication strategies and programs and to produce the effective creative;

? Develop marketing programs for both the consumer and the project channel;

? Develop and create good quality literature, catalogue, and POPs;

? Make the selling tools, like power-point presentation slides, beyond the industry norm to assist the selling effort of the sales force;

? Initiate and implement effective media programs to deliver the brand image, brand awareness and purchase intention;

? Effectively use PR programs;

? Effectively use the company website;

? New communication tools and channels exploration i.e. digital marketing



Requirements and/or Advantages
1) Bachelor degree or above, majored in marketing is preferred;

2) 6+ year of brand management or advertising work experience, that is, brand manager, communication manager/advertising manager, or account manager from ad agencies is preferred.
