ROLE PURPOSE
On behalf of the company's interests in retail of the People's Republic of China , support the Rep. Offices to develop the retail channel sales. Closely cooperate with Marketing Department on improving Internet sales.
开拓中国区的零售销售渠道，支持办事处发展零售渠道，和市场部配合完善现代渠道销售。
ACCOUNTABILITIES
？ assist regional sales team to promote sales at the regional and city level
帮助区域零售团队促进区域或城市的销售
？ support regional sales including distributors, home decorate company and Internet
在分销，家装和网络这些销售通路给区域销售提供帮助。
？ coordinate with regional sales offices for consumer and trade promotions
和区域销售整理零售销售渠道，渠道再造。
？ provide directly support to local sales team on POS and other channels
在专卖店和其他零售通路给销售直接支持。
？ cooperate with Marketing department to execute channel promotion plan
配合市场部执行渠道促销。
？ monthly channel development report
提供月度渠道开发告
Requirements on knowledge & skills:
Knowledge:
？ Bachelor’s degree 大学文化
？ Good English skills both in oral and written.良好的英文沟通交流能力
Skills:
？ Sales experiences in sanitary field >5 years, and over 3 years development the retail channel.
5年以上卫浴行业经验，其中3年以上零售渠道开拓经验
？ Know online sales well.
熟悉网络销售
？ Willingness to travel.
可以经常出差
？ Good communication skills and team spirit
