Product Manager-(欧美独资公司,清洗设备行业,直接向Global总部老外汇报工作,不带下属,广阔发展,丰厚薪资)

Responsibility:

-持续关注市场和竞争对手的发展与变化；
To continuously monitor the development of markets and competitors as well as the application fields；

-发现产品利润缺口及潜力；
To identify the portfolio gaps and respective potentials

-配合总部筹备销售和市场计划，并与销售和技术团队共同完成计划；
To prepare sales and marketing plans in interaction with Product Management of the Headquarters, and to implement them within the relevant sales and technical teams;

-负责筹备市场活动、产品培训与记录、新的市场资料、销售活动、网站外观、经销商激励项目等等;
To prepare and actively contribute to marketing events, product training and documentation, new marketing material, sales campaigns, web appearances, distributor incentive programs, etc…;

-积极的追踪调查市场成果，销售人员和经销商业绩，产品生命周期等;
To pursue an active controlling of sales and marketing efforts and results, sales and distributor performances, product lifecycles and the like;

-考察、挖掘新的产品商业机会，与相关研发部门共同协调区域产品发展;
To identify and explore new business opportunities of your products and to coordinate relevant regional product developments with the Product Management in charge；

-收集现有经销商和潜在经销商的反馈信息并传达给销售、市场、研发和生产部门，以改善优化产品解决方案;
To channel feedback from existing and potential clients back to Product Management,Sales,Marketing,R&D and manufacturing in order to continuously improve and develop your product solutions；

Qualification

This challenging position requires a business or a technical degree and considerable prior experience in sales, marketing, or product management of durable / semi durable goods (like power tools, outdoor and gardening devices, household appliances, electronic equipment, and the like).

You should have worked in interface positions within international companies before, operating in various local Asian markets (like China, Hongkong, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia, India and Singapore), and reporting both locally and to Headquarters in Europe. A fluent background in English, a well structured and pro-active approach to your job, and familiarity with a highly brand driven, price and quality conscious company would be very helpful.
