Architecture Engineer - Pharma
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analysis the project requirement, plant building design and layout.
Work with other system engineers in determining project scope, deliverables, time planning and fee estimates.
Preparing bid packages/ specifications and tender evaluation
Construction supervision including shop drawings and submittals checking, QA/ QC, systems start-up and commissioning, plant operation troubleshooting, client liaison and hand over.
Job Responsibilities and Tasks
Participates in client communications to understand client's business requirement and apply experience
Independently evaluate, select, and apply standard architectural techniques, procedures and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications.
Receive instruction on objectives, points of emphasis, references and possible solutions.
Skill REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:
At least 5 years of architecture experience, familiar with Chinese building design codes and local standards. Experience with full project lifecycle. Registered Class I Architect qualification is preferred.
Personal Characteristics
Self-motivated, quick learner, good team worker, highly responsive and proactive person. Ability to communicate and build relationships with others.
Skill and Knowledge Requirements
Strong software design capability, skilled in Office computer program and AutoCAD or other design tools. Strong English Communication (oral and written).
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelors or above Degree in Architectural Engineering, or related disciplines
OTHER:
·Be will to be assigned to domestic and overseas project.
·Be familiar with pharmaceutical and R&D Center project.
·Registered class I architect is preferred.
