Job Title: Clinical & Applications Supervisor, China
Report To: National Sales Director, Patient, China
Department: Asia Pacific
SUMMARY
The Clinical & Applications Supervisor, China is responsible for providing clinical and training support to end users as well as sales force of dealer of patient business in China by focusing efforts on both cell salvage and therapy application
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement a training curriculum for China designed to optimize operators' skills in device application. The incumbent will be responsible to localize training materials, aiming to provide the world-class trainings on products, clinical application and handle day-to-day application issues related to our technology.
Conduct training classes for operators, nurses and distributors' representatives. The incumbent will be the key trainer at the regional users' meetings.
Standardize the training process and certify the participants that will include new sales and application specialists from direct sales organization and distribution network. The incumbent will help to perform daily application consultation works.
Draft monthly training schedules, responsible for the coordination and communication of the training programs with the target customers. Manage competency testing and certification processes. Work closely with sales team to plan and prioritize.
Collect and provide machine usage information. Monitor the installation base and report disposable utility in target hospitals. Collect competitive information to improve our in-house clinical training program to maintain competitiveness.
Involve in regularly communication with team members to ensure appropriate sales and application training tools are provided to the sales organizations to help the organization to exceed annual revenue targets. Assist in providing feedback to sales management to point out specific training needs.
Work closely with a selected number of hospitals and KOLs on project base to create regional centers of excellence in China by identifying new applications of cell salvage techniques as well as therapeutic treatments.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS REQUIRED
3-5 years experience in sales, service, or clinical application and training in a healthcare environment
Bachelor degree in life sciences or nursing, previous experience in handling medical equipments a plus
Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate well with customers
Organization capacity, experience in managing group trainings
