Technical Service Engineer-GSBS
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support and services to customers for the use of Process Gases Materials for customers in China.
2. Be the owner of technical issues and follow up with all the action items for process gases materials businesses.
3. To support evaluation of customer needs and expectations from a supplier's point of view and formulate solutions to meet those needs.
4. Assist identifying gaps in product specifications/quality and areas where we achieve a competitive advantage.
5. Work with construction and commissioning teams to safely install, check-out, and start-up plant; administrate and manage contractors for field installation of the Bulk Specialty Gas System/Gas Cabinet/Implanter tools gas stick retrofitting project.
6. Responsible for safety troubleshooting and repairing electrical and instrumentation equipment including compliance with reliability, quality assurance, environmental and government programs. Collect meter readings and perform calibration of meters and analyzers. Maintain preventative maintenance system.
7. Reviews service requests for repairs and maintenance determines nature of problem and recommends appropriate solution. Conducts preventive maintenance inspections and performs required preventive maintenance actions.
8. Implement safety practice of the technical service activity. Follow related SOPs of all working activities. Make sure all the technical report/survey/audit records available and traceability.
Position Requirements & Education:
BS in Engineering or Construction, familiarity of AutoCAD operation is required and experience in design/operation of Gas Supply System/Implanter Equipment, or Electrical background would be a plus.
Strong communication skills and willingness to reach out and collaborate with resources throughout the organization.
3 years of Engineering/Equipment experience; Related Industry/Semiconductor Experience (desirable)
