Donor Recruitment & Retention Specialist （美国医疗设备行业独资公司，市中心上班，良好的薪资福利待遇和晋升前景）

Develop and implement donor recruitment and retention program, regularly measure business outcome and customer feedback. Design and execute activities to help customer expand donor pool and improve retention rate which results in the sales growth. Be responsible for selected event management and selected scientific meeting organization.

Location: Shanghai

Key Responsibilities:

· Support blood center to develop donor recruitment activities which is leading to donor pool increase and disposable growth.

· Responsible for track and measure the results and donor pool expansion.

· Engage in developing and monitoring key account strategic initiatives, work with regional marketing team on blood management program.

· Conduct market research when needed, ensure appropriate identification of donor recruitment barriers in blood center and prioritization of DRR project implementation.

· Responsible for selected event management and supporting scientific meetings Develop and customize donor materials to create awareness on platelet apheresis and enhance conversion

· Develop donor retention tools to enhance loyalty and establish long-term donation pool

Skills/Knowledge/Experience Required:

· Bachelor degree

· Fluent in English and Mandarin

· Minimum of 5 years of work experience with multinational companies. Route up through sales and/or marketing;

· An excellent track record in project and key accounts management.

· Good skill in planning, monitoring progress of implementation and result-oriented

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
