职位描述
Position: Process Engineer - ASU
Identifying system-wide cost reduction opportunities using advanced process control, system optimization, process systems engineering analyses, and statistical principles.
Conceptualize, design, execute and implement advanced control strategies using model predictive control technology on ASU plant.
Monitor performance of plant and provide support to existing advanced process control and optimization applications throughout Asia to sustain efficiency improvements
Areas of involvement will include process dynamic analysis, state-of-the-art model predictive control and plant wide optimization
Under the guidance of the Asia Manager, work with the country Operations groups to drive the development and implementation of new Advanced Process Control and Optimization application in Asia
Other responsibilities:
Evaluation and interface with and industry suppliers for new systems
Serve as Asia's technical resource on support and expert troubleshooting
Interface with counterparts in the Global Operations Excellence Network
