Product Supervisor-(500强欧美独资公司,建材行业巨头,市中心总部职位,丰厚薪资,广阔发展)

Main Job Functions & Responsibilities
1.Prepare annual marketing plans for assigned products including product portfolio, incentive promotions, sales forecast and contribution analysis, projected market penetration.
2.Propose and define new product needs for China Market through market research and market visit;
3.Develop & execute new product launch plan, including feasibility study, market entry strategy and implementation, and related marketing support;
4.Work closely with related departments to be responsible for new product development;
5.Provide new product training and sales tools (like selling points analysis) to sales team and sales channels;
6.Keep good communication with distributors and sub-dealers, decoration company and other key roles in the value chain to . bring forward tailor-made promotion plan to them
7.Track and evaluate new and existing product performance, determine product modification needs;
8.Collect intelligence on competitors’ product offerings and provide counter strategy;
9.Prepare monthly report on sales trend and marketing issues

Education Background Requirement
Bachelor or above

Working Experience & Skills
1.At least 3 years experience in marketing and product development, preferably with good building materials (like Paint)/ chemical knowledge and background ;
2.Excellent marketing knowledge and market sense, strong analytical and presentation skills;
3.Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
4.Hands-on, energetic and result-driven;
5.Good in both written and spoken English;
