职位描述
Location:Guangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai,shenzhen
Responsibilities
· Providing a high quality service in handling client enquiries and offering problem resolution for products as follows; trade finance, account opening, e-banking solutions, wire-transfers, FX, Time deposits, loans and general account maintenance
· Coordinate with internal & external business partners to ensure successful delivery of all the required products, services and system solutions
· Ability to handle simple e-banking implementation and account opening for corporate and financial and financial institution clients
· Working closely with other Client Services associates and Business Partners to promote quality client solutions
· Maintain up to date working knowledge of the bank’s client access products/services, payment and trade capabilities, internal operations and local practices.
· Participate/handle client services related projects and job whenever necessary
· Provide service support to both Corporate and Financial Institution Client
Requirements
· At least 5 years’ working experience in banking field. Experience in client services area is a benefit
· Project management skills in implementation of e-banking solution is a plus
· Good knowledge of all bank products and systems
· Good application software skills: Words, Excel and Powerpoint
· Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, including Mandarin
· Excellent communication, problem solving, time management and interpersonal skills
· Client-focused, team player, ability to adapt, self-motivated and is able to work independently and under pressure
