ABOUT DIRECT HR:

Plant General Manager
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Develop, implement and monitor an effective system of maintaining and improving available equipment to ensure safe operating, maximum equipment availability and cost efficiency
+ Select, design and improve together with company's China project cell and other departments the right production equipment for current and new processes
+ Set up and manage a cost efficient system of predictive and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and identifies areas for improvement
+ Organize and monitor the effective management of spare parts
+ Supervise and manage plant maintenance personnel and external contractors and allocates staff and resources according to the current workload
+ Responsible for the safety and health and environmental management of his/her employees and external maintenance contractors and introduces, monitors, trains and enforces safe working practices in his/her department
+ Keep constantly in touch with the other departments to ensure that their requirements concerning equipment availability and repairs are followed and technical interventions are well coordinated
+ Hire, train, supervise and motivate qualified technicians workers to ensure the plant and it’s equipment is kept safe and in a good condition
+ Keep updated on changes in legislation concerning plant and equipment maintenance and is responsible that all regulations are followed
+ Track, analyze, improve KPI’s like OEE, maintenance costs per machine and reports these KPI’s to the plant management
+ Set up and implement improvement projects to improve equipment efficiency, reduce energy consumption
+ Keep informed about new evolution in the manufacturing equipment of our industry
Requirements:
+ Bachelor or Master degree in a technical discipline
+ Several years of relevant experience in a complex manufacturing plant
+ Above 5 year experience is preferred
+ Machinery maintenance understanding and background
+ Able to build new organization structures, self starter
+ Team player with good communication skills
+ Speak native Chinese Mandarin and working knowledge of English
