职位描述
Reports to V.P. China P&SM
Location： 浦东，金桥 (提供班车)
Working time: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Key/Primary Responsibilities:
? The Commodity is Electricals and Hydraulics.
? Mandatory purchasing or technical experience in Hydraulic Technology (Eg: Pumps, Control Valves, Hydraulic Motors, Hydraulics Cylinders) applied to Construction Equipment or equivalent demanding
? Would be a plus: Expertise in Castings (for Hydraulic Applications), Electricals (Eg Wire harnesses) and Electronics (ECUs, VDUs)
? Define the Segmentation, Supplier Panel & Footprint in the China sub-region in alignment with the regional/global commodity strategy.
? Manage the sourcing process and supply chain of VCE in China .
? Manage pricing, commercial terms and delivery logistics negotiations with Chinese suppliers for the entire VCE global P&SM organization (supplier host principle).
? Manage supplier’s quality performance and cost evolution as per global/regional commodity strategy and company’s objectives
? Define supplier short list to be consulted for P&SM projects in China
? Support Global Low-Cost Sourcing initiatives (IPO) in China
? Cross-Leverage VCE and SDLG supplier bases in China for mutual benefit.
? Assist in planning & budgeting, provide commercial support when requested
? To be an active member of the commodity team and provide input and activities in line with development and implementation of global/regional commodity strategies.
? Work in accordance with the company CE processes, the company Way and the company Values and behaviors
? Other work assigned by VP China P&SM
Professional Experience
? Min . 4-5 years professional experience.
? Professional Purchasing/Supply Chain background
Personal Qualifications
? Strong process knowledge in at least one manufacturing discipline.
? Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
? Proven ability to work effectively in matrix organization and ability to manage and influence others
Languages
? Fluent in Chinese
? Good communication skills in English, additional regional language skills will be a plus.
