职位描述
Key Areas of Responsibility:
? Lighting fixture design and validation, make sure the designed/selected products are qualified, and meet the cost and performance target.
? Heat/optics design and analysis.
? work with functional team about supplier selection, tooling fabrication and sample qualification.
? Lighting performance testing and reporting.
? Cost analysis and initiatives.
? Guide product manufacturing, including process documents creation, pilot run.
? Project management. Driver cross-funtional team to execute project plan, finish project on time
? Product technical support, product maintenance, and assistance in sales function.
Requirements:
? University graduate, major in mechanical engineering
? 3+ years of experience in lighting industry, LED is preferred.
? Familiar with LED heat management, optical design and driver choose etc. is prefered.
? Basic knowledge of electrical principles
? Skillful in using of Autocad, 3D software, Solidworks is preferred.
? Good project management skills.
? Strong drive and self motivation.
? Be capable of English writing & reading, clear report in Chinese & English
