Assistant Product Manager for Marine Lighting
Responsibilities:
l Responsible for the product development plan for Marine Lighting products, responsible for the overall business performance of the product line
l Cooperate with Global Product Manager, develop product development pipeline of Marine Lighting product line
l Manage NPD projects & marketing plan
l Responsible for product commercialization in China & Asia Pacific region
l Responsible for product training for sales and customers
l Responsible for mid and long term sales forecast
Key Measurements:
l Achieve sales and margin target of Marine Lighting product line
l NPI project on time launch, reduce NPD cycle time
l Achieve inventory turn target
Qualifications:
l University degree with engineering or technical background
l Minimum 2 years working experience in sales or product management, working experience in Marine (or Marine Lighting) industry area is preferred
l Experience in cross-functional project management is a plus
l Good analytical skills, six sigma certified preferred
l Good communication skills
l Good team player
l Good oral and written English
