职位描述
Responsibility:
l Ensure SHE policies/standards/procedures are implemented and followed up, the local regulation has been met in his responsible area.
l Implement the plant equipment integrity program. Typically the program will include, pressure vessels, pipelines, relief and vent systems, emergency shutdown systems, EHS critical instrumented trip systems, EHS critical structures and civil systems.
l -Implement regular inspection and testing schemes and maintain inspection reports for all critical equipment and equipment under statutory inspections.
l -Address equipment that fails its inspection/test or experience excursion outside critical operating parameters.
l -Ensure and require equipment to be designed, specified, manufactured, and installed in accordance with appropriate regulations & standards.
l Plan Maintenance tasks, develop and revalidate the maintenance (preventative and predicative) procedures as well to achieve the plants high availability.
l Identify the spare parts, optimize their inventory, source and evaluate their supply.
l Provide the professional support to maintenance activities, and others such as engineering/project activities.
l Proactively supports the Maintenance Managers and the Plant Manager to solve operating problems and instructs maintenance personnel of activities required in the event of major breakdowns affecting production.
l Maintain for the life of the plant, up to date information in a plant dossier including:
- Hazards associated with the chemicals and the process, e.g. safety datasheets, plant hazard study dossier.
- Technology and the description of the processes.
- Plant and equipment design information
Requirement:
l Bachelor Degree in Chemical Machinery, and master degree is an advantage
l English communication capability
l MS office, AUTOCAD, and maintenance software experience or awareness
