职位描述
1. Office Management
? Manage the efficient planning and operation of office space, moves and renovation, general office service and the procurement of furniture, fixture, equipment and supplies.
? Organize and maintain the sample storage and make sure the sample policy is working well.
? Assist office renovation and relocation projects as needed.
? Handle expatriates affairs including immigration compliance, liaise with landlords on accommodation and lease review.
? Manage the annual review and administrative requirements of insurance policies, provident fund schemes, and corporate accounts with service providers.
? Guide and supervise the junior staffs have clear understanding of their work duty and provide on-job coaching to them.
? Assist the HR & Admin. Manager to fulfill the aim of annual vendor cost saving.
? Coordinate office travel requirements and overseas visitors to KSO SH.
? Plan and coordinate company events.
? Assist company's visitors to arrange their travel issues, including visa, hotel, car, tickets etc.
? Set up and maintain an efficient, accurate file system.
?
2. Training
? Assist HR & Admin. Manager to deliver the training plan for SH office
? Coordinate and monitor the training arrangement
? Collect feedback and evaluation forms after the training.
3. Others
? Provide other assistance to HR & Admin. Manager as required.
? Assist in organization and execution of office events.
? Manage the Staff Social Committee
