Head of Controlling (新进入中国市场的一家德国公司，世界上最大的电子专业超市，公司实力雄厚，丰厚待遇)
A Job purpose:
?Managing (planning, steering and controlling) all relevant controlling issues in the headquarter and in the stores;
?Accompanying the corresponding units in extrapolation and budgeting process, at the creation of month-end closing, quarterly balance sheet and year-end closing including the corresponding group reporting;
?Support of the domestic and foreign marketing organization through proactive Controlling in an extraordinary dynamic environment;
?Cooperation with Accounting department especially for matters regarding bonus calculation and periodic closings;
?Coordination of management requests.
B Major responsibilities:
?Preparation of management reporting, creation of regular financial planning and investment proposals;
?Preparation of bonus controlling and bonus settlement with suppliers;
?Leading of controlling team.
A Professional experience:
?Minimum 5-10 years professional experience in a multinational company in the area planning & controlling;
?Retail experience;
?Experience in team leadership;
?Experience with SAP-CO/BW;
?Knowledge in data base OLAP;
?Excel knowledge in all applications;
?Experience in project and process management.
B Educational background:
?Commercial studies or equivalent formation with main focus in Accounting & Controlling;
?Business English and the respective country language fluent in written and oral form;
?Knowledge of German is an advantage;
C Job-related skills and attributes:
?Pro-active and self-motivated, willing to take responsibility;
?Analytical and interdisciplinary thinking;
?Versatile, flexible and willing to work in a team;
