Maintenance Supervisor (世界500强欧美公司,机械行业,大量海外培训机会,薪资丰厚)
JOB PROFILE
·现场维修和管理包括安全，5S，预防性维护，设备的紧急维修及改善，成本的控制和人员技能的提高Manage maintenance activities including safety/housekeeping, preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, equipment enhancement, cost control and people development.
·和生产部，安全部，质量部，人事部紧密合作，确保得到必要的资源来支援生产和保证设备的正常运行Working closely with other departments Production, EHS, QC and HR to ensure necessary resources are obtained to support production and facility equipment uptime.
·协助新项目，现场管理承包商，使之遵守公司的规章制度Assist new project and manage the vendor on site to meet our Co. Policy.
·主动支持公司的安全，生产，质量，和重要的项目Supporting plant’s initiatives such as safety, production, quality processes and special capital projects.
