Great China Sales & Marketing GM - 全球一线仪表自动化行业品牌的美国全球集团/负责P&L/石油化工背景/中外籍人士皆可
Responsibilities
l Direct and coordinate the activities of the sales organization in China to effectively accomplish regional objectives and policies and attain defined sales goals.
l Contribute to business planning at the top executive level to develop sales strategies and plans that are consistent with CCH’s (including MTL’s) overall mission, vision, and long-term objectives.
l Prepare sales forecasts; establish targets in areas such as product mix, sales volume, market share, or business development and monitor the performance of the sales team against these goals; adjust sales strategies and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
l Oversee the overall sales budget; monitor the cost and effectiveness of sales activities to optimize resources and prioritize spending.
l Develop pricing and discount strategies to maximize sales revenue.
l Pursue major prospects and leads and negotiate terms of sales with major clients that will maximize the organization’s business interests.
l Liaise with other senior executives across the organization (particularly in marketing, Operations and R&D) to ensure that sales strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and aligned with the overall corporate objectives.
l Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop the sales force to achieve established sales and profit goals.
l Monitor the efficiency of commercial back office.
Education and Experience
l 15+ years sales and marketing experience;
l Prior budget and financial accountability experience;
l Prior experience in strategic planning/management for sales functions
l Bachelor or above degree in business
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
l Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is required;
l Bilingual (English/Chinese);
l Solid sales management experience in oil & gas industry and demonstrated performance, ;
l Proven ability to effectively deal with all levels of internal and external contacts;
l Strong problem solving and decision making skills;
l Strong negotiation skills;
l Strong leader, team member, organizational planning skills and strong time management skills
l Must have exemplary customer service skills.
l Ability to function in fast-paced, high stress environment in friendly, professional manner;
l Ability to originate and develop complex ideas in new and undefined ways.
l Self-starter who relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Behavioural competencies
l “High integrity” is highly required
l Must have the ability to influence while negotiating and the charisma to engage people
l Must be a good team player
