Distribution and Warehouse Manager (世界500强美国化学公司，直接向亚太区汇报，团队管理，丰富的国外培训机会和广阔的上升空间，薪资待遇优厚）
Job description:
ü Have a regularly safety inspection in site warehouse, and ensure SHE regulations have been followed and complied with Global SHE rules.
ü Ensure ISO procedure and SOPs be updated and followed.
ü Developed in warehouse and shipping area for the best practice.
ü Ensure all chemicals handled by 3rd party warehouse are stored, transported, packaged, labeled and disposed of in compliance with the company SHE standards and government regulations.
ü To ensure the incidents are minimized and all incidents are investigated, reported and effective preventative action is implemented.
ü Co-work/supervise 3rd party warehouse and distribution daily operation, to ensure the rule of “first in first out“ is in place during goods in and out operations.
ü Co-operate with customer service, planning, import & export, 3rd Party Logistics and customer to arrange goods delivery to ensure “the right goods to the right customer at right time with best cost”.
ü Manage 3rd party warehouse inventory with high accuracy.
ü Follow up the delivery procedure including return material.
ü Follow up a monthly stock checking & yearly stock taking procedure to check physical goods with the system records, to verify the variance & do the adjustment after management approval.
ü Review performance of transporters and warehouses against set performance criteria.
ü Logistics data is well record & documents are well filed.
ü Identifies opportunities to minimize cost through process improvements.
ü Provide training and back up of team members.
Background:
ü trong knowledge on logistic safety, ISO procedure, warehouse management with experience more than 5 years.
ü Experience in both local and international transportation practice.
ü Good spoken and written English.
ü Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
ü Minimum 5 years logistics experience, including import and export
ü Knowledge of chemical materials (include hazardous material) and the handling regulations
