- To conform to the service requirements of the increasing sales volume of the brand in the local market .
Detailed Job Description:
-Be the first point of contact for MSPA and the regional dealer network service departments for technical concern resolution.
- Approve all warranty claims and agree labour repair time, carrying out audits as required.
- Provide practical warranty cost control measures during the warranty claim approval
-Techinical support using the BOL helpdesk to manage all technical support requests recived from the Chinese network.
Experience – professional skills, language proficiency, etc.
- University graduate who studied mechanical engineering.
- High level of English language skills.
- Analytical thinker with good with precise organisational skills.
- Competent with Microsoft office, word, excel, power point.
- Enthusiastic and keen to work in the motor industry (pasion for cars and the Company Brand)
- Calm, reliable able to work well under pressure
