Technical Sales Executive
工作地点:上海-市中心 (多条地铁直达)
(全球第一大森林资源造纸和标签欧洲企业,Asia Pacific和Global总部Share Service 迁移至国内,业务扩张需要新设职位,丰厚薪资待遇)
要求:对不干胶材料技术熟悉,愿意和销售一起跑终端客户,提供技术支持
Purpose of the job:
· Handling claim and remark quickly and precisely
· Give the feedback of quality from customers to related departments
· Technical support for field sales and customers.
· Technical sales concept.
Key Tasks:
· Claim handling
° Accept claim, investigating, taking sample, check, analyze, discuss. Decide if justify or not. Give the claim settlement. According to company policy to execute.
° Gives effectively feedback about claim reasons to Technical Service of operation department for improvement.
° For special claims, that maybe our current stock has same problem, inform the quality, supply chain and S&M team in time.
° Finish all claim statistic
° Inform the logistic to get the laminate back. And check returned staff laminate with quality
· Technical support & Technical concept
° Answering customer's enquiries about our laminate
° Technical training for external customers.
° Answering internal enquiries about customer's requirement, and give customer's feedback to related departments.
° To support the selling of technically demanding film & paper laminates.
° To participate in strategic projects of Laminates
° For all Key & Preferred customers named technical contact person
° Management of customer relationship in technical matters,
· Others
° When necessary, tracing customer's feedback for special laminate.
° When necessary, take part in the pushing of new product.
· Achieve other tasks may be requested by department manager
· Respect ISO procedures and company rules and regulations
Prerequisites
· University degree
· Work experience min 3 years in Technical Customer Service
· Languages – English level 3-4
