职位描述
Role Purpose Statement:
? In charge of organization, control, assignation and lead in specified production area to create a good safe production environment and ensure the respective production to meet company's target.
Main Accountabilities
? To organize and manage the activities of specified production on the site.
? To optimise the resources in order to minimize the costs, to improve the quality and lead times.
? Provide organization and control in respective production process and create a good safe production environment.
? Transfer the assignment to underling and explain for them to understand.
? Lead the underling to cooperate together to achieve the assignments.
? Obey the safety rules strictly, ensure production safety and supervise on staffs' safe awareness.
? Authorized to correct wrong operation manner.
? Keep the qualified production smoothly
? Keep the suitable conversion cost level in respective production area
? Implement and keep the good 5S condition in respective production area
? In charge of performance appraisal, training and report any promotion and transfer for the staffs in Manufacturing Dept
? Keep good relationship with other departments
Qualification:
? College degree or above with major in Chemical Engineering, Fine Chemical Engineering or related technology, with knowledge in ink is preferred
? Minimum 10 years of batch production management experience in chemical company, prefer to ink or coating/paint area.
? Strong management ability and leadership
? Good communication and coordination ability
? ISO9001 knowledge and Internal Auditor Certificate, Waste classification and MSDS training experience
