Responsibilities
1. To provide application and service support to refrigeration customers in Eastern China
2. To handle all customer technical queries relating to line rejects and field rejects
3. To visit customers' sites to diagnose problems
4. To conduct technical seminars on products, application and installation for refrigeration customers
5. To support sales and marketing team on engineering issues
Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration
2. Above 2 years working experience in air-conditioning and refrigeration field
preferably with a manufacturer or contractor
3. Good technical knowledge of compressors, system design and trouble shooting
4. Sound electrical and system controls knowledge and hands on experience
5. Good command of English, interpersonal skills, and computer skills
6. Good team player and able to work independently
