China Infrastructure Manager - 上班：徐家汇 (全球奢侈品牌集团，总部岗位，广阔的发展前景和培训机会)
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Build up high performing infrastructure team
？ Strengthen team’s performance through self motivation and team motivation
？ Setup and achieve clear objecives for the team and members
？ Focus on subodinates career development
Project Management
？ Identify resources needed and provide analysis of ROI for all infrastructure projects
？ Track and resolve project conceptualization and implementation issues
？ Enforce IT project management standards and procedures
？ Actively participate in global wide new systems or system upgrade projects
Setup and Maintain Data Center
？ Develop and enhance China DRP and actively participate in the company BCP process
？ Setup and maintain data centers with high availablity and performance
？ Establish clear backup and restore procedure
System Security Management
？ Apply HQ security policies and develop local security policies and regulations
？ Get basic level and level 1 security certification
？ Conduct regular risk assessment, improve risk awareness and take prevention action
？ Test and deploy latest system security patches
System Performance Management
？ Calculate IT equipments capacity
？ Monitor and fine tune all servers’ performance by implementing cost effective monitoring system
？ Troubleshooting server and LAN/WAN and PBX issues
Budget and Procurement
？ Work out and track annual budget on infra side
？ Manage all IT assets lifecyle
？ Streamline the procurement process and negotiate with vendor to get best price
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Industry / domain
？ Information technology
Necessary Knowledge and Experience to be able to do the job
？ Over 8 years of working experience in IT infrastructure section in MNC with multiside locations environment
？ At least 3 years in the management position
？ Strong technical IT background
？ Excellent communication and team management skills
？ Fluent spoken and written English
Education and Certification Requirements
？ Bachelor or master degree in computer science
？ ITIL/MCSE/MCDBA/CCNA is plus
Job Specific Technical Requirements
？ In depth knowledge of network / SQL database / windows operation system
？ Familiar with IP PBX, Alcatel is preferred
