Sourcing Engineer - Building Material 建筑装潢类产品 (欧美石油设备工程公司，行业内垄断企业，向总部老外汇报，市中心上班，提供海外培训机会，薪资优厚)

Location: Shanghai，淮海路Report to: Reporting to HQ Vice President (foreigner),

your responsibilities will include:

1. Obtain measurable savings through enlarging sourcing vender database and finding more replaceable new raw material
2. Communication with overseas affiliated company to realize sourcing practices globalization in China
3. Procure building material at most cost effective basis within specifications
4. Identify and trial new sources for existing products as required by the company
5. Ability to quickly learn and map the market dynamics for various building materials and other materials
6. Ensures vendor compliance with company’s quality and safety regulations by auditing suppliers’ and manuf
7. cturing facilities/job sites, evaluating financial performance, and reviewing their quality control procedures
8. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring consistent supply of materials to our office.
9. The ideal applicant will have the following experience:
10. University or higher degree in Chemical
11. 3+ years of sourcing experience. Experience in building material industries is preferred
12. Multinational organization with some exposure to logistics activity experience is a plus.
13. Excellent communication and problem solving skills
14. Able to handle a broad base of activity under stress
15. Command of excellent verbal and written English skills is a requirement
