Purpose of the jobThe purpose of the job to ensure timely, accurate, and effective standard reporting and other key financial outputs in co-operation with units and FS organization at regional level
Key Tasks (key tasks and/or module to be picked up based on the detailed personal job description)1. Running, monitoring and matching transaction and closing processes2. Data entry / handling3. Conduct preventive quality controls and ensure data correctness under internal control framework4. Basic reporting including statutory & FA reporting including analysis5. Development of harmonised systems, processes and ways of working, participation to projects6. Provide key contact point for specified customer units 7. Support for internal & external audit
The requirementsExperience, knowledge and skills (functional competencies)· University degree or professional qualification in finance· 3-4 years' work experience in financial or management accounting· Knowledge of IFRS and Internal Control Techniques & skills· Basic knowledge of Statutory Accounts Preparation · Basic knowledge of Reporting Requirements · Basic knowledge of Management Accounting· Ability to effectively use the accounting and reporting tool, SAP or Oracle is preferred · Fluency in English is essential
