Job Responsibilities:
Development of strategic directions together with business development managers in Munich
Analysis of current situation and gather competitor intelligence
Monitoring and analyzing market trend & disseminating information
Define/re-define product / Service Portfolio
Streamlining pricing methodology
Definition of implementation measures
Monitoring strategic implementations and setting up milestones
New businesses & new market development
Identifying target process partner / alliance and developing relationship for new applications/markets
Identifying joint R&D project partner and developing relationship
Identifying target customers and developing relationship for new applications/markets
M&A support
o M&A target list & fit analysis
o Support marketing information & business plan development
o coordinate M&A projects in cooperation with the responsible central functions
o Responsible for setting up approval and decision proposals
o Negotiation of relevant contracts with project team from Munich
Profile of candidate:
Experience in coal to chemicals industry preferred
Technical background mandatory
International engineering company and design institute experience preferred
Written English skill mandatory
