Job description:

ü Supervise a manufacturing team to ensure the production meet the customer requirements on quality and delivery.

ü Organize to react to customer complaint and improve quality externally and internally.

ü Establish and maintain the material process to achieve the goal of inventory.

ü Define and control the dept budget to achieve the gross margin of the focused factory.

ü Monitor the manufacturing process and improve the efficiency continuously.

ü Optimize the team structure to get an effective and competitive organization.

ü Develop the subordinates with objective setting and necessary training to create a healthy environment for employee grow.

ü Control and manage overall asset of the whole dept.

ü Follow up the new product launch. Ensure pilot run and mass production of the new product smoothly and then meet the requirement of marketing

ü Improving DBS tools continuously.

Job requirement:

ü Over 10 years of work experience, and over 5 years of operation management experience;

ü BS or BA Degree in Business or Engineering required; Master's Degree will be preferred;

ü Fluent in English both in oral and written, and is familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint).

ü Entrepreneurial and results-orientated;

ü Good Management and leadership skill;

ü Very good communication and influencing skill;
