DBS Manager（欧美独资公司，世界著名医疗设备制造商，良好的薪资福利待遇和晋升前景）

Job description:

ü Assist GM to achieve business unit Policy Deployment and KPI objective

ü Drive ever-improving results by leveraging DBS tools, consulting skills, and change management process.

ü Assist site / company leadership in the development of a DBS roadmap

ü Directly provide formal and informal DBS training and coaching

ü Continue to evolve DBS tools

ü Ensure productive kaizen events

ü Promote and facilitate diagnosis of work flow impediments and other wastes throughout the business, and provide expert counsel on appropriate tools to eliminate them

ü Improve DBS training and facilitation skills by pursuing certification in DBS tools

ü Promote and facilitate associate development in various DBS tools, lean production, and kaizen leadership

ü Evaluate and approve other DBSL's for Master Black Belt certification

ü Benchmark and incorporate best practices

Job requirement:

ü Over 5 years of operations experience,and over 2 years of operation leader experience;

ü BS or BA Degree in Business or Engineering required; Master's Degree would be preferred;

ü Ability to accurately assess key business metrics and situations from a "general manager's" point of view;

ü Ability to develop, and implement a DBS roadmap for an operating business;

ü Eagerness to learn a variety of DBS tools;

ü Good Management and leadership skill;

ü Superior communications skills, consulting/influencing skills, training skills and adult learning theory;
