Report to: Plant Manager(American base in Shanghai)

Job description:

1. Supervise a manufacturing team to ensure the production meet the customer requirements on quality and delivery.

2. Organize to react to customer complaint and improve quality externally and internally.

3. Establish and maintain the material process to achieve the goal of inventory.

4. Define and control the dept budget to achieve the gross margin of the focused factory.

5. Monitor the manufacturing process and improve the efficiency continuously.

6. Optimize the team structure to get an effective and competitive organization.

7. Develop the subordinates with objective setting and necessary training to create a healthy environment for employee grow.

8. Control and manage overall asset of the whole dept.

9. Follow up the new product launch. Ensure pilot run and mass production of the new product smoothly and then meet the requirement of marketing

10. Improving DBS tools continuously.

Job requirement:

1. Over 10 years of work experience,and over 5 years of operation management experience;

2. BS or BA Degree in Business or Engineering required; Master's Degree will be preferred;

3. Fluent in English both in oral and written, and is familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint).

4. Entrepreneurial and results-orientated;

5. Good Management and leadership skill;

6. Very good communication and influencing skill;
