Job description:

？ Assist GM to achieve business unit Policy Deployment and KPI objective

？ Drive ever-improving results by leveraging DBS tools, consulting skills, and change management process.

？ Assist site / company leadership in the development of a DBS roadmap

？ Directly provide formal and informal DBS training and coaching

？ Continue to evolve DBS tools

？ Ensure productive kaizen events

？ Promote and facilitate diagnosis of work flow impediments and other wastes throughout the business, and provide expert counsel on appropriate tools to eliminate them

？ Improve DBS training and facilitation skills by pursuing certification in DBS tools

？ Promote and facilitate associate development in various DBS tools, lean production, and kaizen leadership

？ Evaluate and approve other DBSL's for Master Black Belt certification

？ Benchmark and incorporate best practices

Job requirement:

？ Over 5 years of operations experience,and over 2 years of operation leader experience;

？ BS or BA Degree in Business or Engineering required; Master's Degree would be preferred;

？ Ability to accurately assess key business metrics and situations from a "general manager's" point of view;

？ Ability to develop, and implement a DBS roadmap for an operating business;

？ Eagerness to learn a variety of DBS tools;

？ Good Management and leadership skill;

？ Superior communications skills, consulting/influencing skills, training skills and adult learning theory;
