Requirement:
1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering Preferred.
2. At least 8 years of chemical industrial working experience, WOFE employment preferred.
3. Good English capability on listening, speaking, reading and writing.
4. At least 2 years of people management experience.
Responsibilities:
5. Manage the production units routine operations.
6. Be the operation expert of the production facilities.
7. Responsible on operators' Behavior Based safety management activities;
8. Represent the production Group in communications with other site functions as well as with PCR and Radcure OTDS
9. Process Engineer Experience
10. Worker supervision experience
11. Foreign venture working experience
12. Good team player and Good communication skill ,Good technical analysis capability.
