职位描述
Reports to Great China Sales Director.
Subordinates: 2
Responsibilities:
? To manage and lead sales team force to achieve sales target.
? Build the relationship with marine & offshore key customers (CNOOC, COSCO, Dalian shipyard, Shanghai Waigaoqiao shipyard etc.)
? Find out potential marine & offshore customer list & project list.
? CCH's competitors' analysis in marine & offshore market.
? Target customer demand analysis
? Sales strategy and Pricing management.
? Set up commercial policy of marine & offshore industry.
? Work with PM to optimize and improve products for Marine & offshore service.
? Setting up channel and managing distributors, expend Company products market share in Marine & offshore market.
Requirements:
Education and Experience
? Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is required;
? Bilingual (English/Chinese);
? 8 years marine & offshore or similar sales and marketing experience;
? Prior budget and financial accountability experience;
? In-depth knowledge of sales, marketing, management and customer relations fields;
? Strong problem solving and decision making skills;
? Strong negotiation skills;
? Strong leader, organizational planning skills and time management skills
? Must have exemplary customer service skills.
