Responsibilities:
1. Assisting with corporate legal affairs;
2. Timely updating the new laws and regulations and following up;
3. Corporate litigation and arbitration following up;
4. Providing legal research and assisting with providing legal opinion;
5. Legal documents translation;
6. Communicate with internal department under corporate legal manager's instruction;
7. Documents filing and reporting.
Working Language: Chinese/English
Reporting Line: corporate legal manager
Qualifications/ Requirements:
1. Law degree(s) from reputable China and/or overseas law school(s);
2. PRC bar admission is a plus;
3. Excellent English/Chinese and good command of computer skills;
4. Keen sense of responsibility on work;
5. Strong communication skills;
6. Team work spirit.
7. Able to work under pressure;
8. Diligent, honest, outgoing and active.
