Human Resources Manager – Staffing and Recruiting– 工作地点:浦东(密集的班车路线提供)

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
· A bachelor’s degree or equivalent and above
· Master of Business Administration or equivalent qualification desirable
· Legal education or law background preferred
· 8 – 10 years related Human Resources experience, staffing and recruiting focused
· Fluent in both Written and Oral English. Foreign Investment company (Fortune 500 company is preferred) HR Management experience
· Familiar with China Labor Law
· Targeted Selection Certificate preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES / EFFORTS / WORKING CONDITIONS:
· Responsible and accountable to the company to manage, support and provide direction to all staff within the human resources department with regard to staffing and recruiting.
· Oversees all recruitment and staffing activities, transfers of employees and employee development program.
· Responsible to maintain open channel or communications/support with all internal departments.
· Oversees wage and salary proposals and offers, maintains competitiveness towards market.
· Responsible to ensure all company policies and procedures are followed by all personnel for all staffing and recruiting activities.
· Must be capable of collecting and correlating relevant data that pertains to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment and staffing.
· Assesses trends through generated graphs and charts and maintains continuous improvement project tracing to report out status on a monthly basis and as needed basis.
· Establishes needs and goal of the department to meet overall company directives.
· Responsible to maintain an ongoing organizational structure to meet company long term goals and procedures.
· Prepares reviews and performs performance appraisals.
· Ensures confidentiality of all company personnel data is strictly maintained.
· Provide personal counseling.
· Performs other duties as required.

ü Prepare on time and accurate payroll
ü Take care of social insurance and housing fund
Key task:
Lead a team in Shanghai and Changshu and support the recruitment activities in APAC.
· Act as key contact for managers and take the lead for all recruitment activities
· Coach recruitment team and improve recruitment team's competence improvement
· Improve and be responsible for the whole recruitment process to make sure it's standardization and effectiveness.
· Manage and develop recruitment channels
· Develop employer branding
· Provide support on daily recruiting work for Business Units in APAC.
· Act as a good communicator with line managers to give and receive their feedback timely to ensure a smooth recruiting progress.
· Other tasks or projects as assigned.
Prerequisites:
· Relevant Bachelor Degree or above.
· At least 5 or more years of relative HR staffing experience with 2 years' experience in leading a team
· Excellent English skill.
· Good communication skill and interpersonal understanding.
· Initiative with actions.
· Systematic and innovative thinking.
· Impacting and influencing skill.
