Regional Instrument Reliability Engineer – Analyzer 地点：青浦

Roles and Responsibilities
? Provides process analyzer expertise and technical support across Asia sites
? Assists/Facilitators the sites in performing Root Cause Failure Analysis to reactively identify the root causes of analyzer failure and put in place changes to prevent its happened again.
? Performs reliability & availability analysis and identify opportunities to improve process analyzer performance related to quality, cost and reliability.
? Provide analyzer engineering design and specifications to support R&D, procurement, and construction activities for projects
? Develop standards and practices of process analyzer and support sites training to improve analyzer operation and maintenance performance
? Assists the sites in analysis and optimization of spare parts stocking strategies with the objective of optimizing availability
Technical Skills & Competencies
? Familiar with process analyzer applications and maintenance improvements, with special emphasis on process gas chromatographs, spectrum analyzer, process safety analyzer and environmental monitoring.
? Familiar with process sample system design including all aspects delivering a representative sample to a process analyzer
? Good knowledge of physical methods of analysis and parameters used for qualitative and quantitative assessment such as Oxygen, vapour pressure, boiling point, viscosity, PH, etc.
? In depth knowledge in the use of Reliability Centered Maintenance and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis techniques.
? In depth knowledge in Root Cause Failure Analysis
? Knowledge of spare parts stocking strategies and the advantages/disadvantages of various strategies.

Experience
? At least 8+ years experience in Petro-Chemical industry as instrument engineer
? At least 3+ year related analyzer experience
? Demonstrated knowledge and experience with analyzers
? Knowledge of engineering reviews, HAZOP, other safety studies and hazardous area classifications
? Experience of analyzer design and testing is preferred.
? Experience in RCM, RBI, TPM is an advantage

Education
? BS degree in Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent with higher level degree an advantage
Language Needed
? Fluent in English and Mandarin both speaking and writing.
