Role Description:
OUR CLIDENT is seeking a SAP Security Specialist to join our SAP Global Support Team based in North America. This role is a specialist role within the organization with responsibilities to establish, coordinate and monitor global SAP security compliance processes. This role will also rely on excellent customer service and organizational skills to manage several tasks simultaneously while providing a focus on details. Some travel to other OUR CLIDENT locations globally is required and flexibility in working hours is essential to support the Europe team & businesses.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure all Security support work is effectively organized, resourced and managed via the SAP Ticket Process to satisfy customer demands with appropriate reporting, escalation, resolution control processes and metrics in place.
· Ensure SAP Security processes meet OUR CLIDENT compliance requirements including Access Controls, Internal Finance Controls, Records Information Management & Data Privacy standards.
· Provide support for internal & external audits such that the annual controls audit findings are minimized and repeat findings from previous audits are avoided.
· Provide subject matter consulting expertise and co-ordination of a global SAP Security network of In-House & 3rd party Consultants & Business users to establish new processes, extend team knowledge and leverage security best practices globally and the use of the SAP Governance, Risk & Compliance application.
· Document and maintain Security procedures/standards for security related work processes.
Required Skills:
? 1+ years of SAP user experience.
? Experience & knowledge of SAP Role Based Security.
? Experience & knowledge of SAP Governance, Risk & Compliance System and Processes or similar Access Control applications.
? Experience working within a project team.
? Good communication skills at all levels of an organization.
? Proven experience as a project manager or key user
? Ability to work with a high degree of independence with strong team working capabilities
? Microsoft? Office, Excel, Word & Powerpoint skills
? Fluent in English oral and written
Preferences:
? Accreditation / certification in SAP Security or willingness to gain certification.
? Technical SAP Security skills, knowledge & experience
? Experience in a global manufacturing, consulting industry or International project management experience
